I began communicating with animals as a child but allowed my education in journalism/environmental science (and life) to cloud my initial experiences. Over 25 years ago I took a class in animal communication and reconnected with those early experiences. I began my professional practice as a telepathic communicator in 1995. I talk with all types of animals, mostly domestic, but also wild mammals, fish, birds, reptiles and insects. Interspecies communication is universal.

Clients request animal communication sessions for a wide variety of reasons: from just checking in to having serious discussions about unwanted behavior to end-of-life decision making. The topics of conversation are as broad as the relationships we have with our animal companions. I “hear” animals talk in complete sentences and see “pictures” they send. I also receive bodily sensations when they discuss how their bodies feel. Many people want to know how a problem began or about life for their animal before the animal joined their family. As with humans, early life experiences can have a strong influence on current behavior and health.
It’s amazing how quickly animals change after a session. I hear regular feedback from clients saying that a cat is back to using the litterbox or a horse has stopped acting out soon after our session. Animals want to live harmoniously with their humans and often just need a chance to explain themselves and understand how their behavior affects their family members.
When I communicate with an animal I take word-for-word notes on my computer and then read those notes back to you on the phone. I send you the notes after the session. The discussion I have with your animal companion will be based on objectively worded questions and topics you provide me. Most sessions last about an hour and I charge by the minute, so you only pay for the time you use. As of 2026, I charge $120/hour. Rates double on holidays and weekends. I give a 15% discount for first sessions with rescued animals, 25% off to rescue and sanctuary nonprofit organizations, and young animal guardians (age 17 and younger) always get a 1/2 priced rate. If you need my services and are truly unable to pay my rate, please let me know and we can try to work something out. I do my best to be available for all people who want to talk with their animals. If you are a senior on a fixed income, let know and I’ll give you a discount.
